Is the Printless app free?

Yes. The Printless app is free for everyone who receives prints, with no subscription and no ads. Businesses that issue prints start on a free plan of 100 prints a month.

How does a store send me a receipt?

The business enters your phone number when it issues the receipt, or scans the QR code on your Printless ID tab. The receipt appears in your app a moment later, with the business name, the time and a QR code anyone can verify.

Does it work without the app?

Yes. A business can share any print as a link or a PDF, over WhatsApp, email or any messaging app, and you can open it in a browser. Install the app to keep every print in one place and find them again by search.

What can I receive on Printless?

Receipts, invoices, queue tokens, tickets for travel, events, attractions and admission, parking tickets, coupons, invitations, bookings and passes such as membership and ID cards. Every ticket, coupon and pass can be added to your phone’s wallet.

Can I join a queue with my phone?

Yes. Scan the business’s session QR code from the Printless ID tab and you join its queue, car park or event in one step. Your place in line updates live on your phone.

What happens to my data?

Your prints are stored encrypted, we never sell your purchase history, and you can export or delete everything at any time from Settings.
