What is Printless Desk?
A ready-to-go business setup on the Printless platform. Your business gets its own branded site at desk.printless.app, issues invoices, quotes, receipts, contracts and custom documents from it, and every one is delivered through Printless.
How is Printless Desk different from Printless Business?
Printless Business is the app and web portal for issuing prints yourself, priced by how many prints you send. Printless Desk is a complete front office for a team: a branded site, documents on your own paper, Lists, approvals and access levels, priced per person.
How much does Printless Desk cost?
$10 a month for each seat. A seat is one person who can sign in to your desk, and the owner is the first. Everything is included, so the bill only grows with the number of people.
How do my customers receive documents?
Every document goes through Printless, so customers with the Printless app receive it there, verified and kept. You can also export a PDF for anyone who wants a file or a sheet of paper.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your desk carries your business’s name, logo and colour, and you design the paper your documents are printed on.
Who on my team can see what?
There are five access levels. Owners and admins see and manage everything; team members issue and see every print; front desk issues and sees only their own; view only sees every print and issues nothing.
Can I change the number of seats later?
Yes. The owner adds or removes seats in Settings, under Plan & billing. New seats are charged straight away for the rest of the period, and removed seats are credited on the next invoice.
Do I need a Printless account first?
No. Sign in with Google and verify your business number, and Printless Desk links it to Printless for you when your desk opens.
