By accessing or using Printless ("Service," "App," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and SMJ AI LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind Printless.

2. Definitions

·User: Any individual who creates an account and uses the Service
·Vendor: A business that issues digital receipts through the Platform
·Receipt: A digital record of a transaction provided by a Vendor
·Content: All data, text, images, and information uploaded to the Platform
·API: Application Programming Interface provided to Vendors

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.4 Prohibited Users

You may not use the Service if:

·You have been previously banned
·You are located in an embargoed country
·Your use violates applicable laws

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

·You must register with a valid mobile number
·One account per mobile number
·You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
·You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4.2 Mobile Number Verification

·We verify accounts via OTP (One-Time Password)
·Standard messaging rates may apply
·You must have access to the registered mobile number

4.3 Account Security

·Keep your login credentials confidential
·Do not share your account with others
·Use strong authentication methods
·Log out from shared devices

4.4 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

·Violate these Terms
·Engage in fraudulent activity
·Abuse the Service or other users
·Remain inactive for extended periods

5. Service Description

·Search and Filter: Find receipts by date, vendor, amount, category
·Analytics: View spending patterns and insights
·Sharing: Share receipts with others
·Notifications: Receive alerts for new receipts

5.2 Vendor Features

·API Access: Integrate with POS systems
·Dashboard: Manage receipts and analytics
·API Keys: Generate and manage API credentials
·Analytics: View customer engagement metrics

5.3 Service Availability

·We strive for 99.9% uptime
·Scheduled maintenance will be announced
·No guarantee of uninterrupted service
·Features may change or be discontinued

5.4 Apple App Store

For iOS users, the App is available through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

·Use the Service lawfully
·Respect other users' privacy
·Provide accurate information
·Report bugs and security issues
·Comply with applicable laws

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

·Violate laws or regulations
·Infringe intellectual property rights
·Upload malicious code or viruses
·Reverse engineer the Service
·Scrape or harvest user data
·Spam or harass other users
·Impersonate others
·Manipulate or falsify receipts
·Attempt unauthorized access

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

SMJ AI LLC owns all Service intellectual property. Trademarks, logos, and branding are protected. No license to our IP is granted unless explicitly stated.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as required to operate the Service.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Apple End User License Agreement

These Terms constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and SMJ AI LLC. Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, these Terms will govern to the extent permitted. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services, handle any claims, or provide any warranty with respect to the App.
